High Priority Plumbing (HPP) hired us in 2017 to manage their Facebook, Facebook Advertising, Google My Business, and their blog. As their following grew, they added Instagram and Instagram Advertising in 2019. Through our partnership, HPP has seen 100% increased social media reach and engagement year over year. Not only were we able to increase exposure to their target market, but we developed a recognizable brand for their business.

OUR APPROACH:
One of our Account Managers has a phone call with them once a month, and we sit down in person with them as often as we can to talk about their strategy and goals for the next month or quarter. We show them their social media results in terms of reach, engagement, reviews, likes, clicks to their website, and more. Our Community Managers, who create social media posts, then turn that strategizing into engaging content for HPP’s social channels and blog.
We also help HPP with their Facebook, Google, and Yelp reviews. If it’s positive, we reply to the customer with a thoughtful thank you. If it’s negative, we get feedback from them on the issue and reply to the customer using our best practices for a professional review response. We understand that review responses need to be timely & sensitive to the customer’s feelings, they need to provide accurate information, and they need to build a bridge for offline communication. HPP’s company is so highly regarded that negative reviews are few and far between and it is normally a misunderstanding that is quickly settled once we move the conversation offline.
In 2020, we began developing a custom website for them to improve their site speed, appearance, mobile functionality, and SEO. We can’t wait to unveil this efficient, attractive website for their current and future customers
