On March 19th, the Pipeline team woke up early and headed to the Helping In His Name food pantry in Stockbridge, GA to do some volunteer work for the community!

The single goal of this food pantry is to feed the unemployed, underemployed, and elderly citizens in and around Henry County. Helping In His Name food pantry donates food to more than 3,100 people every month! This non-profit organization receives food and money donations from the surrounding community, which is then stored in their facility. Hundreds of volunteers come through weekly to help prepare donations for the needy. We were happy to be added to the list of volunteers!

Upon arrival, we were given the task of marking off bar codes and organizing boxes. We are glad that a few hours of work will help hundreds of hungry people receive free food.

We plan to participate in more charitable events this year and are looking forward to the next one.  We thank Warehouse Manager, John McPherson, for allowing us to help and for being so welcoming!
