In this blog post, we want to share ways that you can highlight your staff on social media! But before we do that, let’s talk about why you should publicly highlight your staff members.
Simply put- saying nice things about your staff creates a happy, healthy work environment. It motivates your team to continue doing good work without the fear of it going unnoticed. The other side of this is that customers will see a warm, welcoming environment on your social media channels when they research your company. Customers love to see the faces of who they will be interacting with if they hire your company.
So, what are some ways that you can highlight your staff on social media? Here are some ideas to get you started!
- Birthdays (easy one)
- Staff highlights- include their name, job title, and what they love most about their job. Highlight everyone from the CEO to the summer intern.
- New employees
- Staff life events like weddings, babies, children graduating high school/college, and everything in between worth sharing
- Work outings
- Special events
- #TBT photos (Throwback Thursday)
- Notable staff accomplishments, such as employee of the month
